I just purchased my first Harley from San Jose Harley Davidson and I can say that my experience was amazing! The entire staff was upbeat and very pleasant to talk to including the salesmen, apparel, parts and service! Terry, who was my salesman, was absolutely awesome and super cool to just talk to! Brandon the "finance guy" was super cool as well. I can honestly say that I know I walked away with an amazing bike with an amazing deal. Even after the sale was complete the staff was inviting me to join their group rides and very inviting to become part of the San Jose Harley family. San Jose Harley Davidson is the best Harley Davidson in the bay area (Oakland HD being the worst). I visited the showroom multiple times and got what I needed every single time in a timely fashion. Worked with Gill and a few sales folks, Malcom Singh being the one I worked with the most.

I visited San Jose HD to sell my bike, rather than to buy one. And my experience there was awesome. Lamar got us checked in and settled with our information; who then sent us to Brandon to do the final paperwork. All in all a great experience with excellent staff and service. They also had happy hour with a bunch of beautiful bikes on display.

Had a really good experience at this dealership. Walked in to just browse and was greeted by a salesperson named Josef. He showed me all the bikes I was considering. Very patient, not pushy at all. Just got me all the info I needed to make my decision. I had some free time a few days later and came back. Unfortunately Josef wasn't in that day but was greeted by another sales person named La Mar. La Mar was equally personable and I can tell it was important for him to get me all the info I wanted on the bike I wanted. I decided on a bike and ended up working with Brandon in the finance department. Brandon, awesome guy. He sensed I was a little surprised about the final numbers and was able to make it make sense for me. Worked with me to get a deal that made me really happy.Cant say enough about this dealership and its staff. Very professional and made me feel very comfortable about buying from this brand.

An Excellent experience. I flew in from Seattle and was picked up by my sales person (Rush). I was introduced to all departments, given little extras to share with friends at home sales and negotiation was friendly and not adverse. It was the best large dollar $$$ buying experience ever with people who treated me like an old friend.
